Thanks Tui. Look I am no expert on the corporate stuff but often hesetakeovers have lots of conditions and I have seen many that don;t require 90% and so thats why I make the comment I do.
Mljet - I have to say I am utterly confused with your thought processes. If ITC are to take control of the field why would VPE be buying in. Doesn;t add up to me.
The only thing I can see is a split up of VPE into oil and CSG. The component say VPE OIL INC would then mount a takeover for ITC. Hows that?
