Mljet How does it block it. I don;t understand. It gives them a bigger say than most but 10% does;t cut it. If someone mounts a challenge and all directors take it up and say get close to 90% acceptances VPE haven;t got a leg to stand on and if the offer is nice then they will sell and make a tidy profit. Please explain how 10% blocks anything.

I am really happy that there is interest in our company . Otherwise we probably would be back at 3c or something. I am sure we will get the right deal for us shareholders if one comes along. I am thrilled at present. You obviously have different ideas to me.
