Don't be naive. Since the spp is provided on terms that no one normal will take up, they will exercise the discretion to offer those shares to those chosen ones who can only dream of buying 59m shares on market for 0.80.
And so we have diluted the shareholding by 30% in one year with the share price being 15% lower than a year ago. But they are being investigated at the moment so good luck.
