Here's some food for thought voters. From the last Annual presentation. Top 20 shareholders.If we take away the top shareholder ( Citicorp nominees) which holds the Thais 20%. citicorp hold 27% actually, not sure who belongs to the other 7% but, the other top 19 have a combined percentage of 21.22%. Let's say we add the other 7% we have a total of the top 20 holding 28.22% plus Thai(their votes a given) 20% top 20 holds 48.22%. Now, how many of those 28.22% would vote NO and how many yeh? That's the question.
