It really is a pathetic offer just stop drilling dusters and return the money to the shareholders! Its worth 7c is on the low side of fair to 9c would be a good deal. IMO.
Just do the sums on oil production through to 2020 less dusters and admin. Its a no brainer!
Too much reward to people who created nothing! Dilute 40% at 2.7c what for? Then cap at 4c every time it gets a head of steam.
