take your point about CNP and capital gain, but to realise that gain and transfer it to income I need to sell some shares.
What I'm aiming for is to receive an annual check as income and retain my original holding. Let's face it, CNP / CER are in a market sector which really is a pearler so I want to hold as many shares as possible in these entities.
As Spookie said if divies rise to 1/4 of their highest that's a .04c / share distribution. And that means enough to carry on my current lifestyle with out working for a salary.
