    IMO in time it will end up being a greater windfall for the CER holders with divvies and capital gains combined.

    When CER and CNP were sub 10 cents many were able to buy millions of shares. If you bought a million shares at 5 cents, it only cost 50k. So in the case of CER if she goes back to only paying half the divvies she used to then we are in line for 5 cent divvies giving a 100 percent yeild per year plus the capital gain.
