Well it will be up to the shareholders to decide what happens.
Considering that the top 20 list of holders of both companies resemble each other, I say they have already got the numbers and it is a done deal.
Watch GWR rocket to $3 tomorrow and then stay on a 5 : 1 ratio with FAS until the take over.
