Lockitt, so, Dave suspected but didn’t know? Ie option 3 on my list. i don’t have a problem with under promising and over delivering. And, as I said, I recognise the lumpy nature of the deposit, but come on.....this kind of thing is easy to communicate. Terms like “a minimum of” or “at least”, even “strongly suspect” can add a little spice. I don’t recall the exact wording of all the announcements, but I would have expected a little more candour.
