Interestingly enough, the mining at Sinclair cost more than the loan from Cabot. Maybe that was part of the reason for taking $1mm from Novo. I could be wrong but I don't think those share were issued at a premium. I think we were trading about 2c at the time.

How do you explain the additional 57% then?
I know it is a "distributed" deposit etc, but without the extra it was not a worthwhile exercise from the start. So, either Dave knew and didn't tell us. Or, Dave didn't know and pulled the trigger anyway. Or, Dave suspected, but didn't tell us so he would be a hero and get a hoped for bump in the sp.
Happy to entertain any other plausible explanations.
