    I asked in a e-mail to mgmt if there has been major holders wanting out of late ...but in the reply I was told only retail holders selling ..

    ..I see to make the top30 your have to have over 1.58mill shares (30th holder)

    62%+ of PXG shares are held by these 30 (NGF 2nd biggest holder 9.3%)

    Also like others have said NGF toll deal very close to being a done deal...
