Hey - as another tangent - I used to live in one part of the country, now the North Coast of NSW, but just occured to me, in posting my previous post - that where I used to live, Masters was purpose built, with a big complex around it, and the builders were having issues leasing all the complex buildings, but it was always put forward as, - paraphrased - "be in the Masters complex" - to that end, one wonders whether leasees who took on leases because of their proximity to Masters, whether they have any legal grounds to seek compensation for potentially declining traffic? - or if they can demonstrate loss of income as a result of store closures? Who is liable in this scenario?
