I have seen huge bids on closing auction that were not props before, and of course huge crosses after market, but I have never seen a combination with two orders for the exact same number of shares.
Almost as if one party was legally bound to purchase the shares (short cover? / Opes settlement? ) and immediately cross them to another holder?
I am sure it is an interesting story. Will it come out?
