I do not know ‘what is going on’ re: today’s EWC share price decline. It may be appropriate to take stock ie. a deep breath before jumping to any conclusions.

The ‘only’ thing I can make out is that, in unfortunately only too true EWC fashion, EWC remains silent on its progress re: financing negotiations for its major projects (Pagbilao Power station and lng hub as well as Sengkang lng plant).

I believe that the loan negotiations re: Philippines projects have, in the main, reached the documentation stage and that the remaining financing for the Sengkang lng plant awaits the formalization of an off-take agreement with PLN.

I understand that EWC’s executive directors are very keen to be able to report on having reached loan agreements with the relevant banks involved in its 2015 Annual Report. At the 2015 AGM further (construction) progress etc. should be able to be reported.
