It just go to show that time is a rather relative concept: I thought a wait till around mid/end September, 2015 is rather short……

Why do I say around mid/end September 2015? Well, firstly, as I mentioned in my 15 July, 2015 posting: “I understand that EWC’s executive directors are very keen to be able to report on having reached loan agreements with the relevant banks involved in its 2015 Annual Report. At the 2015 AGM further (construction) progress etc. should be able to be reported.” Secondly, EWC’s own internal ‘deadline’ may be closer to end August 2015. In short, it is envisaged that tangible progress can be reported in around 8 weeks time.

Time will tell……
