Well, management don't think they will get to that production level anymore. They are the ones quoting 1.2-1.5Moz per year.
They should tell the market why they've cut the target. It is probably the leach rate, as everything else seems to be going at 110%, but the uncertainty isn't doing the sp any good - or the chances of the CR being successful.
