seriuosly, i can't see why anyone would be mad enough to put their hand up offer to buy BOL at this stage of the cycle if the eps GROWTH outlook is not looking that flash because from day one when BOL listed it has and alaways will be a growth story

if they've reached their limit and now starting to face new competitive market players which was not the case when they listed then any analyst might wqise to reaccess the insto reco

sounding more and more like a coa story and maybe just maybe here's a chance for those o/seas interested parties who missed out on coa to get some exposure to the infrastructure spend by state and fed govts in years to come.
