My main frustration is that the batches used in Europe and the USA were from different production sites.
I know that the company will say that the chemistry was the same, but we have got in the end completely different results. Now there is no cash to adjust any inconsistency. In alternative a reasonable answer should explain what has changed on the road and what could have caused eventually altered product stability and mostly results.
Still we have two groups that technical and scientifically speaking should have had the same product between the original hard to heal European group and one of the US tested group. Than who knows what the US same group was composed of. Who knows if the races had an effect on the results. The European group was old and affected by the ulcers on average for more than 3 years.
This is not a case of apple to apple.
