I'd say it's a very high probability, it won't be MRD.
Once the funds have dried up, it'll be all over.
The clocks ticking, to retain some credibility, I'm guessing the management team, will be as eager as the SHs for a discovery.
Just what that discovery will compromise, is another discussion.
