Maybe great news for him/her... tell them congratulations from all the poor SH's on the addition to his/her family!
Do MRD have a mat/paternity leave program?
Or perhaps he/she has found another job!
Nothing could be worse than working for this pathetic excuse for a mineral exploration company. I would be embarrassed as well.

Maybe they have had a drilling program that was not shut down due to complications?
