    dont forget that most of the consideration received will be repayment of a loan so it will essentially be tax free

    I can see it more than doubling, not only due to signifcant increase in cash but also the derisking of the project, it gives SRK much more flexibility to transact without the uncertainty of a JV partner having conflicting views
