AVZ had 720m shares and about $2m in cash so EV would be about the same at similar levels of 1.2-1.6 pre deal
Post deal they've issued about 1Billion+ shares for the acquistion and raisings and no consolidation as it's just not his style and so far stock has 3-4 bagged from lows
It will all come down to the quality of the acquisition as to how high CAV goes
