It's pretty simple J - he's backing the deal maker (Klaus) to find a project that adds value far beyond the $6m cap. Personally I think at these levels its a bit pricey and I'd be taking AZS over CAV right now but on the right acquisition it could definitely run - AZS and CAV is somewhat apples and oranges. As strauss correctly points out MEI is the perfect example of a value-add acquisition and with Klaus the best in the business who knows what CAV could get. One would think whatever he gets will value add but how long will it take and how much cash will be used beforehand?
