It has been 18 months since Noel announced his "accelerated growth strategy" and there is still no jv partner to drill Felix and no bank or investor to develop ws. If this was any other company with assets as good as 3D Oil, the managing director would have been shown the door for poor performance. When will shareholders realise that they have been taken for a ride?
