    A brief update.

    It appears that the company needs cash and just can't wait for good news...statutory regulations and all that. No problems there as we are underwritten for the rights issue.

    Secondly, even though we have our MPSA there are elections coming up in the Phillipines early next month and it seems that nothing much can happen until those elections run their course.
