Raising wasn't as bad as it could have been @ $0.004c per share. Just a 12% dilution, before the SPP.

I'm personally surprised they got any support, and I'd like to know who gave it.

As to the SPP, as indicated earlier I'm not inclined to support it, so swill be interested to see how it goes.

My main concern with all this is: What is $750,000 going to do for this company when they are spending at such ridiculously high rates? What, does it cover one quarter? Where to from there? More rounds with cap in hand?

All-in-all my personal opinion is that management have gotten it totally wrong and should be replaced ASAP to give this company any chance of survival.
