I always find it quite amazing that a lot of the market knows exactly when to buy and sell. Luck? Mmm maybe, but I doubt it. I am sure the announcement will come on the back of 3 - 4 days of small price rises and bang somehow those larger insto's seem to get in at just the right time don't they?
