I'm sorry to be the one to tell you this. 3d printing is NOT a viable method for high production nor is cost effective due to many factors such as the time it takes to print 1 figurine.
There is also a small but real risk factor in 3d printing and there is post processing as these are extremely delicate.
Grab a rule to familiarize yourself with what 200mm is and look at this link.

Now, when you include a fee to the AFL and going on the OfficeWorks price, you have to ask yourself who is going to pay more than $400.00 for a 200mm figurine?
I know some will but how many?
