ou would expect that Santos will want to have their footprint as large as possible and may move to take what they won't already have (ESG's 23%) of OIP. May not happen until the ESG/STO deal actually goes through though. Unlikley to get more than a 50% premium .. so 5-6 cents perhaps. Which is equalyy disappointing as the ESG offer price.
