I agree on the problem of premium sites generating greater than average revenues. And obviously I did average the indicative numbers from Dee (who spoke to the company this morning) - and they're bound to be the rose glasses version, probably from their premium sites. Although without any actual rates of revenue/costs per room being disclosed by the company it's a bit bloody difficult to forecast anything really...
I further agree that your forecasting method may get closer to the actuals. Either way, $3mill revenue will be fine as long as their debt is being managed.
I also now agree that this seems a business with a seemingly high profit margin and reasonable prospects - so I've probably missed something LOL!
As always, the market will decide. I just hope ETC has got some chunky announcements for us prior to this next round of funding.
