In accordance with Appendix 7A and subject to shareholder approval of Resolution 5, timetable for
the Reorganisation of Capital and trading in the securities will be as follows:
Friday 6 May: Date of General Meeting
Monday 9 May 2005: Trading on Deferred Settlement basis commences in Consolidated securities
Friday 13 May: Record Date
Wednesday 18 May: Despatch Date (Last Day of Deferred Settlement Trading)
