Yeah the St Ives lease is a goer imo. Has better higher grade drill results at shallow depths then a lot of other juniors around. Very rich thin veins averging around 30g/t and up to 116g/t. They need to drill deeper and in some of the contact zones to get broader widths imo. Could be bonanza results imo.
They need to get an independent report done on the deal to be able to present to shareholders and call a meeting to gain shareholder approval. Not a biggie but is slowing things down. At a $5m MC it is cheaper then anything else around given they have land not too far away from DeGrussa as well and highly prospective for copper/gold.
Hopefully RIE does something similiar soon. Someone is still accumulating.
