    If they can raise the money from the SPP the directors deserve 60% of it not 30 just for pulling off the Houdini act and getting shareholders to pay 35% more than the current share price..
    According to the CHM posters that wont be a problem as the backers have deeeeeeeeep pockets like Keanu Reeves in The Matrix.
