Interestingly they are budgeting for the 2nd tranche of $450,000 in the SPP.
If they don't raise they don't have the cash to make the payment?
SPP ends 13th 2nd Tranche due 10th. Obviously the 2st $450,000 taken up will be spent on this straight away.
The other interesting thing apart from $200K to play GI Joe in the sand pit is 30% of the money is going to keep paying the directors. They call it admin but they should learn to scann straight before they pay themselves.
The other interesting thing is limiting the raise to a max of $5,000 per holder.
They need cash so why cap it so low?
