Perhaps the West is talking about the Wave Energy Research Centre opening (which would make sense) rather than installation of the Ceto 6 unit/s (in 19/20 summer window).
The sooner the better I say!! Once a ceto6 is photographed in a fabrication yard/ on a dock/ or being installed the SP will skyrocket as it did with ceto 5. Hopefully Cornwall or Mauritius will follow thereafter (Mauritius I suspect will be a microgrid running battery and solar that will have wave added later).
Good time to buy if you can hold out till 2020.
