the problem is we are not drilling at the moment because of the earthquakes so we arent building SP in anticipation as usual. We have to fill the hoppers and prepare for the next round to see the SP go up again. the biggest problem with PNG is the rains are enormous. Hela receives around 10 foot and Swit Kai is on a cliff face with two falls. Bugalo also has a river so it is all flooded. My guess is that they would redirect when its time to mine. Especially Swit Kai as the high grades are all within 10m of the surface. easy mining.
