I found this buried in section 5.5.2 of the Independent Report:
If the Acquisition proceeds, the Company is considering plans, subject to prevailing market conditions, to raise around $10,000,000 to, inter-alia, fund drilling on the Lidsey Well in the UK.
Nice of Ken not to mention that they will seek to fund Lidsey...
