Is it the new CEO asserting himself by sacking the MD of Cleanaway?

The ASX notice of this was interesting:

Mr Perko will not receive any payment from Transpacific in lieu of notice or by way of further compensation from the Company. The retention arrangements put in place in August 2015 are forfeited.

Those employment contracts usually only allow such dramatic severences over corporate criminal behavior, and fiddling the expense account is not grounds enough to invoke it.

We shall watch and see.
