testing of flow rate will never start or at least we will never get any results before some kind of cash raising happens..MHL is in serious trouble and there is now chance that director will risk not having the cash to pay them selfs wages for the next year or 2. They are not silly and i dont blame them, its just how small dead caps play the game. I do hold and will continue to hold but not looking very good
