All 6000 Small shareholders have to vote NO on ALL 8 resolutions
1) to retain the investment type they bought into 2) to protect all shareholders from their OWN Board
3) to NOT allow a Second group to take control of your money for their own purposes -

The first has gone - wrongly rewarded - NOT by NAOS - but by CTN shareholders over the next 15 LONG years. So the second manager has to be BLOCKED from starting on THEIR path.

Your Board are not going to help you! Nor will the major BROKERS and ADVISERS to many small shareholders. They have had their hand out on this "juicy" vehicle for over a year. They are now licking their lips for next year. Their advices MUST be ignored

Pity the shareholders who also directly own the same shares as in the CTN portfolio. Those company's share prices will be "trashed" as NAOS moves rapidly to quit all or most of holdings " clear out all in 6 to 8 weeks " to get to the brave new world of a highly concentrated growth 20+ stock portfolio ( that you won't be allowed to know anything much about - as was said to Shareholders on Thursday )!

If the resolutions are overturned, some of the interested parties could well decide - this is all too difficult. Better off "Out of here- play my games in easier territory"

5% of the caring shareholders, can then chart the path back to regain proper control, and to put the ship back on a stable INDEPENDENT course
