I really like the technology these guys are developing, with a swag of patents in place. But a market cap of 634 million, based on the current share price seems a bit rich without a protype being tested.
Compare this to emerging memory chip maker Weebit(WBT) who have working prototypes and are in the process of pushing their tech to leading edge firm factor of 28nm and smaller. Because of the lower cost of production WBT is on the cusp of disrupting the entire chip industry as ram is being integrated to all chips, yet their market cap is 40 mill.
