That is my understanding too. Fred says he has already turned down very attractive offers when the CapValue was lower.There are a lot more applications and a lot more products to come out of the same patent family. Each incremental step / application / device etc will expand the potential market for the MEMS tech and that will increase the company value. If an unwelcome TO bid is made the top 20 SH merely need to be convinced that it is more in their interests to continue to be the owners of all that tech rather than the previous owners.
Why would you sell when you can get the product churned out by a number of FABs eager for the business? Just clip the ticket as they head out the FAB door on the way to the consumer product manufacturer.
Its going to be a case of 1 chocolate bar now or 5 bars if you wait 10 minutes.
