Why wouldn't AKP simply license the technology to everyone who wants to use it? They could charge $5 per chip as a license and not have to worry about manufacturing, logistics, servicing, etc. Bugger all overheads other than compliance monitoring. That way the tech would end everywhere and AKP could be worth 10s of billions of $$$ paying out real dividends for many years to come
