I think 7billion chips is a tad high.
My assumptions are based on a market of 18 billion chips as per previous presentations and a 15% market share. I think your overhead maybe a tad low however Fred has previously stated that the initial chips will sell for several dollars so your margin of 80c maybe on the low side.

In the early stages the price will be higher and slowly drop as more of the market is penetrated.

The other thing to consider is that the boys in Israel will not stop at the first ‘production’ chip but will refine them further and further extracting maximum pricing with every upgrade.
