Hi Aussie,

Like to get your opinion on URL as an entity given your sentiment last week was LT buy.

I'd also like to point out on 07/03/2008 the Roseby Definitive Feasibility Study Results were completed. Not long after that, in April I believe, the management made a decision to approve and progress. It appears only at this time did they try and fully engage any banks for financing. Assume it's much like you or I going to the bank to start a business, without a solid business plan or definitive study you'll probably get a polite no thanks come back when you're better prepared.

Based on my research and assessment can you please expand on where your statement, "management trying for 3 years to get funding", comes from? I'd obviously like to be fully aware of all the facts. I can then make a more informed decision of being in or out.
