Thanks ReadingFC. Looking at the debt:equity ratio, the last cash cost per pound you mentioned, a JV with or a takeover by a "foreign mining company" would look more probable than bank financing. Unless the cash cost per pound is much lower to improve the margin of safety for the banks.

If it is a takeover or a JV, I sincerely hope the share price would be above 3c or even more. ATM I am out of the money and don't know whether to hold or move on.
