    I would think the banks would be willing to lend 200mill for Roseby Copper Project if a copper production’s cost (thoroughly calculated) was low and sustainable in case copper price decreased in the future. Haven't seen the feasibility study and cost/benefits analysis. The second alternative would be a j.v
