What is the real potential of Buddy?, page-46

    Thanks to all the posters.

I'm not a shareholder but am interested. I accept that the IoT is a game changer, that money is to be made through SaaS, that the Microsoft connection is significant and that the company has traction with customers.

But the issue is "How on earth do you value this company?" As far as I can see, the actual income is unclear, and the potential income is unable to be quantified.

The existing Market Cap is about $25,000,000 and 121,000,000 shares have already been issued to POK shareholders. Obviously, some value has already been attributed to the ownership of Buddy.

To actually own Buddy, another 650,000,000 shares need to be issued along with 100,000,000 Performance shares and 42,500,000 options.

So existing shareholders are going to be swamped by the new shareholders. Sure, the new shares will be held in escrow, but they will exist, as will the new options.

By the time that it relists the company will have issued 771,000,000 shares with 100,000,000 Performance Shares to follow, along with 42,500,000 options..

I have read the posts and I can see that estimates of the new price on relisting vary widely. But as far as I can see there are no projections of future income. Were they in the Prospectus? Are shareholders using some other way to "value" the company?

A backdoor listing is just as much a listing as any other sort. Buddy is doing the listing and presumably its shareholders are getting full value for what they are selling. If so, the 600,000,000 shares they are getting (500,000,000 shares plus 100,000,000 Performance Shares) are being given to themselves at a decent profit.

So what is this company really worth?

    some sort of profitthe selling
