The problem here is that we don't know how they are managing the cashburn. $40m cash backing may well be gone by Christmas the way things are going with the IO price, ongoing problems with Fe%, and other plant issues . Problem is there is so much IO around, and Gina's Roy Hill hasn't even hit its straps yet!!! I just watched the youtube clip again on their website with the voiceover...... A smooth production no doubt!!! They make so many broad statements about this amazing project, their premium 68+% concentrate and their billions of tonnes of resource that it looks too good to be true!!!! More spin than a centrifuge!!!! When will Fe and coal producers realise that there is no benefit to any miner when the market is flooded with product!!!
