If it's a ruse wouldn't they have been better off just keeping the $200mil and not getting Siemens or Chart to build anything.
Don't forget it was only a couple of months ago Westy was telling everyone the equipment didn't exiist.
Then he quietly and reluctantly admitted "EWC have a legitimate LNG Project at Sengkang" so he started banging on about how the EWC relationship with Interoil and PNG was bogus ,then last week PNG PM O'neil visits EWC power and LNG sites at Sengkang and expectations are now that EWC will win approval for PNG Gulf Power and LNG Projects to be announced in the next month.

Even so, Westy could still be right because to my frustration it seems the market is solidly on his side atm and new EWC investors are as rare as the Dodo .
Mind you , you could make the argument that they are rare at least in part because of the West articles.

If this changes , and i am backing it will with a couple of soon to be official announcements, then i would hope the potential upside far outwieghs the risk of your preferred outcome.
